- Manage end-to-end reservation processes for inbound travel packages
- Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, and activity suppliers
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve travel-related issues
- Prepare detailed itineraries and travel documentation
- Monitor operational timelines and ensure service quality
- Collaborate with sales team to customize travel experiences
- Maintain accurate booking records and customer databases
- Support cross-departmental projects for service improvement
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field
- 1-3 years in travel operations or reservation management
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian tourism destinations
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in reservation systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre)
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Valid Malaysian work permit (if applicable)
