Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and optimize reservations across multiple OTAs (Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia) to maximize occupancy and revenue
- Handle end-to-end booking processes including inquiry responses, rate management, and confirmation dispatch
- Monitor OTA performance metrics and implement strategies to improve conversion rates
- Coordinate with housekeeping and front desk teams to ensure seamless guest arrival experiences
- Resolve booking discrepancies and payment issues with professionalism and urgency
- Generate daily/weekly occupancy reports and analyze market trends for competitive positioning
- Update property details and promotional content across all OTA platforms
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years experience in OTA reservation management or hospitality operations
- Proficiency with reservation systems (e.g., Channel Manager, PMS) and OTA platforms
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia with excellent communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail in data management
- Knowledge of Bali tourism market and international traveler preferences
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Experience with revenue management principles and yield optimization
