As the Reservation Sales Supervisor, you will not only oversee daily booking operations but also act as a strategist, optimizing our sales approach to ensure maximum occupancy and guest satisfaction. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the Reservation Sales Agent team to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to increase direct bookings and conversion rates.
- Monitor reservation pipelines and generate reports on sales performance, occupancy, and guest trends.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring all booking inquiries are handled professionally and in alignment with brand standards.
- Coordinate with the marketing and property operations teams to ensure seamless guest experiences and effective promotions.
- Analyze market trends in Bali’s hospitality sector to suggest pricing strategies and sales improvements.
- Manage escalated guest inquiries, resolving issues with a solutions-oriented and professional demeanor.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in reservation management, front office, or hospitality sales.
- Proven track record of team leadership or supervisory experience within a hotel or villa management setting.
- Strong command of English, both verbal and written; ability to communicate effectively with international guests.
- Deep proficiency in Reservation Systems (PMS) and OTA (Online Travel Agent) extranets.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market insights.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a guest-centric attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, creative, and professional environment in Bali.
