Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end reservation processes for hotels, tours, and transportation services
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media channels
- Coordinate with vendors to confirm availability and negotiate rates
- Maintain accurate reservation databases and documentation
- Process payments and generate invoices using booking systems
- Prepare customized travel itineraries and confirmations
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to optimize booking processes
- Handle customer feedback and resolve service issues promptly
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma with 1+ years in customer service or reservations
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in reservation software (e.g., Travelport, Amadeus)
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of Bali tourism industry and destinations preferred
- Basic accounting and payment processing experience
- Positive attitude with problem-solving aptitude
