Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and respond to booking inquiries via phone, email, and online channels
- Maintain real-time villa availability across all booking platforms
- Coordinate guest preferences, special requests, and arrival details
- Process reservations and generate confirmations with accuracy
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for smooth operations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve reservation-related issues
- Generate daily reports on occupancy and booking performance
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality reservations or customer service
- Proficiency with reservation systems and property management software
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Problem-solving mindset in guest-facing situations
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Bali tourism landscape is advantageous
