In this dynamic role, you will manage the end-to-end reservation process, ensuring that all bookings are accurate, up-to-date, and executed flawlessly. You will handle a high volume of inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms with poise and professionalism. Your goal will be to exceed guest expectations by providing exceptional service, offering personalized recommendations, and ensuring a seamless transition from inquiry to check-in. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and process all incoming reservations accurately using the property management system.
  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.
  • Handle guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure table assignments and special requests are met.
  • Upsell products and services, such as VIP packages, special events, and private dining.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including managing reservation books and digital logs.
  • Resolve any booking conflicts or issues immediately to minimize guest dissatisfaction.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in hospitality, specifically in reservations or front desk roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
  • Strong computer proficiency with reservation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required by the hospitality schedule.
  • A passionate attitude towards luxury service and guest relations.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality Management is preferred.
