- Manage end-to-end reservation processes via phone, email, and online platforms
- Maintain accurate booking records and inventory in property management systems
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for special guest requests
- Handle payment processing and billing inquiries efficiently
- Optimize occupancy rates through strategic room allocation
- Resolve booking conflicts and provide alternative solutions
- Generate daily occupancy reports and performance metrics
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years in hospitality reservation or customer service role
- Proficiency with property management software (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds)
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- Knowledge of Bali tourism landscape preferred
