Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process all incoming reservations via phone, email, and online platforms
- Provide exceptional customer service and detailed information about beach club offerings
- Coordinate with F&B and operations teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Maintain accurate reservation records and inventory management systems
- Handle cancellations, modifications, and special requests efficiently
- Upsell premium packages, events, and seasonal promotions
- Collaborate with marketing team on promotional campaigns
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years in hospitality reservation or guest services role
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Proficiency with reservation software (e.g., Opera, RMS)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Bali tourism industry preferred
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
