Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process all incoming reservation requests through various channels
- Provide accurate information about club facilities, events, and services
- Maintain and update the reservation system with guest details and preferences
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues professionally
- Upsell additional services and special events to enhance guest experiences
- Generate daily and weekly reservation reports for management
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in reservation or customer service roles preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Proficient with reservation systems and office software
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and friendly demeanor
- Knowledge of Bali tourism industry is a plus
