Tanggung Jawab
- Receive and process incoming reservation requests via phone, email, and online booking platforms.
- Verify guest details, room availability, and rates to ensure accurate booking entries in the system.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries regarding amenities, policies, and travel information.
- Maintain and update the Property Management System (PMS) and CRM databases with current guest information.
- Communicate reservation details and special requests to housekeeping, front desk, and relevant departments.
- Handle reservation modifications, cancellations, and no-shows according to hotel policies.
- Assist in upselling rooms or packages to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in a hotel, resort, or customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Indonesian language skills are a plus).
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in computer applications, specifically MS Office and reservation software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio, or similar).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
