Tanggung Jawab

  • Receive and process incoming reservation requests via phone, email, and online booking platforms.
  • Verify guest details, room availability, and rates to ensure accurate booking entries in the system.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries regarding amenities, policies, and travel information.
  • Maintain and update the Property Management System (PMS) and CRM databases with current guest information.
  • Communicate reservation details and special requests to housekeeping, front desk, and relevant departments.
  • Handle reservation modifications, cancellations, and no-shows according to hotel policies.
  • Assist in upselling rooms or packages to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction.

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience in a hotel, resort, or customer service role is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Indonesian language skills are a plus).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, specifically MS Office and reservation software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio, or similar).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
