Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process guest reservations through multiple channels with precision and efficiency
- Respond to booking inquiries within 15 minutes, providing detailed information on services and amenities
- Maintain accurate reservation records in property management systems
- Coordinate with housekeeping and front desk teams to ensure smooth guest arrivals
- Handle cancellations and modifications while maintaining high guest satisfaction
- Collaborate with marketing team to promote special packages and seasonal offers
- Generate daily reservation reports and occupancy forecasts
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in hotel/reservation management
- Exceptional communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Proficiency with reservation software (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds)
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving mindset with conflict resolution experience
- Knowledge of Bali tourism landscape and attractions
