In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our global guests during night hours, ensuring seamless booking experiences and providing top-tier service that defines the Bali Super Host standard.

You will play a crucial role in managing reservations, resolving guest inquiries, and ensuring that every visitor to our curated villa properties feels supported from the moment they book until they settle in. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage incoming reservation requests and inquiries via email, phone, and OTA platforms during night hours.
- Process bookings, modifications, and cancellations with high accuracy.
- Provide prompt and professional support to guests experiencing check-in issues or urgent requests overnight.
- Coordinate with local villa operations teams to ensure seamless guest arrivals and property readiness.
- Monitor and update property availability across various booking channels to prevent overbooking.
- Maintain detailed logs and reports of all overnight activities and guest interactions.
- Adhere to company protocols and service standards to ensure maximum guest satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in reservation, front office, or guest services within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Strong computer literacy and experience with Property Management Systems (PMS) or Channel Managers.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during the night shift.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail.
- Willingness to work flexible night shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
