Tanggung Jawab
- Manage incoming reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date reservation records in hotel management systems
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest arrival and stay
- Handle customer inquiries and provide detailed information about services and amenities
- Process payments and manage billing procedures for reservations
- Assist in daily reporting and occupancy analysis for management
- Resolve guest issues with professionalism and efficiency
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certificate preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in reservation or customer service roles
- Proficiency in reservation software (e.g., Opera, Property Management Systems)
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
