Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end travel reservations including flights, accommodations, and tour packages
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat with accurate destination information
- Process bookings and payments using our reservation management system
- Upsell additional services and travel packages to enhance customer experiences
- Coordinate with hotel partners and service providers to ensure seamless arrangements
- Maintain detailed client records and reservation databases
- Resolve booking issues and provide post-trip support
- Stay updated on Bali tourism trends and travel regulations
Kualifikasi
- Must be currently residing in Bali
- High school diploma or equivalent; tourism/hospitality degree preferred
- 1+ years in customer service or reservation role
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Proficient with reservation software and MS Office
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Positive attitude with passion for Indonesian tourism
