Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage incoming reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online channels with professional courtesy.
  • Support the Reservations Manager in monitoring room availability and ensuring accurate inventory management.
  • Provide detailed information to guests regarding room categories, amenities, packages, and local attractions.
  • Actively promote upselling opportunities to enhance guest experience and increase hotel revenue.
  • Process reservations accurately in the property management system (PMS) while strictly adhering to hotel rate structures.
  • Collaborate with the Front Office and Sales departments to ensure seamless guest arrival transitions.
  • Resolve guest queries and complaints promptly, maintaining a high level of satisfaction.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a Reservations or Front Office role within the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (proficiency in additional languages is a plus).
  • Strong proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment.
  • A proactive, guest-centric attitude with a strong focus on problem-solving.
  • Understanding of hotel distribution channels, OTAs, and yield management principles.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Malaysia.
