- Manage all incoming reservation requests via phone, email, and online platforms with accuracy and speed.
- Assist guests in selecting appropriate room types, packages, and services to enhance their experience.
- Maximize revenue by implementing upselling strategies and dynamic pricing techniques.
- Ensure seamless coordination between reservations, front desk, and housekeeping departments.
- Handle special requests, cancellations, and modifications with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel offerings, promotions, and local attractions to advise guests effectively.
- Monitor booking patterns and provide daily reports to management to support revenue forecasting.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues related to reservations promptly, ensuring satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel reservations or front office operations, preferably in a luxury hotel.
- Strong proficiency in reservation software (e.g., Opera, PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Proven ability to upsell and maximize revenue while maintaining guest satisfaction.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask under pressure.
