Tanggung Jawab
- Manage all incoming reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
- Process and confirm reservations accurately and efficiently
- Maintain detailed records of all guest interactions and preferences
- Collaborate with front desk, housekeeping, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns professionally
- Upsell hotel services, packages, and amenities to maximize revenue
- Stay updated on hotel promotions, events, and room availability
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality or related field preferred
- Previous experience in reservations, customer service, or call center environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Proficiency with reservation systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Positive attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Knowledge of local attractions and tourism industry is an advantage
