In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential guests, playing a crucial role in shaping their initial impression of the Kempinski brand.
As a Reservations Executive, you will be responsible for managing a high volume of incoming calls and emails, ensuring accurate booking of room types, rates, and special requests. You will utilize our Property Management System to maintain up-to-date records and collaborate closely with the front office and sales teams to maximize revenue and occupancy. Tanggung Jawab
- Process and manage all incoming reservation requests via phone, email, and online travel agency channels.
- Provide accurate information regarding room types, rates, packages, and hotel facilities to potential guests.
- Maintain and update guest profiles and reservation details in the Property Management System (PMS).
- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints with a high degree of professionalism and empathy.
- Cross-sell and up-sell hotel services and packages to maximize revenue per available room (RevPAR).
- Collaborate effectively with the Front Office, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless guest transitions.
- Ensure all reservations are confirmed and communicated correctly to relevant departments.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a reservations or front office role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations and reservation procedures.
- Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS) such as Opera or Fidelio.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; fluency in Mandarin and/or other local languages is a plus.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a strong focus on service excellence.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
