In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential guests, playing a crucial role in shaping their initial impression of the Kempinski brand.

As a Reservations Executive, you will be responsible for managing a high volume of incoming calls and emails, ensuring accurate booking of room types, rates, and special requests. You will utilize our Property Management System to maintain up-to-date records and collaborate closely with the front office and sales teams to maximize revenue and occupancy. We pride ourselves on exceptional service, and we are looking for someone who shares our passion for creating unforgettable guest experiences. Tanggung Jawab

  • Process and manage all incoming reservation requests via phone, email, and online travel agency channels.
  • Provide accurate information regarding room types, rates, packages, and hotel facilities to potential guests.
  • Maintain and update guest profiles and reservation details in the Property Management System (PMS).
  • Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints with a high degree of professionalism and empathy.
  • Cross-sell and up-sell hotel services and packages to maximize revenue per available room (RevPAR).
  • Collaborate effectively with the Front Office, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless guest transitions.
  • Ensure all reservations are confirmed and communicated correctly to relevant departments.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a reservations or front office role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of hotel operations and reservation procedures.
  • Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS) such as Opera or Fidelio.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; fluency in Mandarin and/or other local languages is a plus.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a strong focus on service excellence.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
