Tanggung Jawab
- Manage reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online booking systems
- Maintain accurate, real-time reservation records and table allocations
- Coordinate with FOH and kitchen teams to ensure smooth guest experiences
- Handle special requests and VIP arrangements with attention to detail
- Optimize seating plans during peak hours to maximize capacity
- Generate daily reservation reports and occupancy forecasts
- Train junior staff on reservation protocols and customer service standards
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years in hospitality reservations or guest services
- Proficiency in reservation software (e.g., OpenTable, SevenRooms)
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages valued
- Exceptional communication and conflict-resolution skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- Knowledge of Bali's tourism landscape and local attractions
- Customer service certification preferred
