Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee on-site implementation of architectural designs ensuring compliance with specifications and quality standards
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers and stakeholders to resolve technical issues and maintain project timelines
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction progress and address design deviations
- Review and approve shop drawings, material samples and construction documentation
- Prepare detailed site reports, change orders and as-built documentation
- Enforce safety protocols and regulatory compliance throughout construction phases
- Liaise with clients to provide project updates and address design-related concerns
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field from accredited institution
- Professional architectural registration (e.g., Singapore Board of Architects)
- Minimum 5 years' experience in architectural design with 2+ years in resident architect roles
- Expertise in construction administration and on-site project supervision
- Strong knowledge of Singapore's building codes and BCA regulations
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM software and architectural visualization tools
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management
