Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure adherence to architectural plans and specifications
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and clients to resolve technical issues and maintain project timelines
- Review and approve shop drawings, material samples, and construction methods
- Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports for stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards
- Manage project documentation including RFIs, submittals, and as-built drawings
- Lead on-site problem-solving during construction phases
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Professional registration with Lembaga Arkitek Malaysia (LAM)
- Minimum 3 years of post-registration experience in on-site supervision
- Proficiency in architectural software including AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
- Deep knowledge of Malaysian building codes and construction practices
- Strong communication and leadership skills for stakeholder management
- Certification in sustainable building practices (LEED/GBI) preferred
- Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings and specifications
