We are seeking a musical visionary who understands the pulse of the crowd and can elevate our guest experience through expertly crafted soundscapes.
As our Resident DJ, you will be the heartbeat of our venue. From chilled-out sunset sessions to high-energy late-night sets, you will be responsible for creating the perfect sonic journey that aligns with our brand's sophisticated identity. Tanggung Jawab
- Curate and perform daily music sets tailored to the venue's atmosphere, ranging from ambient chill-out to peak-time club hits.
- Read the crowd and adjust music selection in real-time to maintain high energy and engagement levels.
- Maintain and manage high-quality DJ equipment, ensuring all sound systems are functioning at peak performance.
- Collaborate with the management team to design thematic music programs and special events.
- Stay up-to-date with current music trends, remixes, and industry developments to keep our sound fresh.
- Ensure smooth transitions between sets and maintain professional relationships with other performers and staff.
- Promote upcoming events and sets via social media channels in coordination with the marketing team.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a professional DJ in high-end venues, beach clubs, or luxury hospitality settings.
- Expert proficiency with DJ software (Serato, Rekordbox, Traktor) and hardware equipment.
- Deep understanding of music theory, genre blending, and crowd psychology.
- Strong communication skills and a professional, approachable personality.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and late-night shifts.
- Deep passion for music and a constant drive to discover new tracks and sounds.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Badung, Bali with valid work authorization.
