Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive patient assessment and treatment under senior physician supervision
- Participate in daily clinical rounds, case discussions, and diagnostic procedures
- Accurately document patient histories, examinations, and treatment plans
- Assist in surgical procedures and emergency medical interventions
- Collaborate with nursing staff and specialists to optimize patient outcomes
- Contribute to continuing medical education through case presentations
- Adhere to hospital protocols and maintain rigorous medical documentation standards
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety programs
Kualifikasi
- Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) from accredited institution
- Valid medical license to practice in Malaysia
- Completed mandatory internship program
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Strong diagnostic and clinical reasoning skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure medical environments
