Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive patient consultations, examinations, and assessments to accurately diagnose medical conditions.
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans, including prescribing medications and ordering diagnostic tests.
- Perform minor medical procedures and emergency interventions as required.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records using an electronic health record (EHR) system.
- Provide health education and counseling to patients and their families on disease prevention and management.
- Collaborate effectively with nurses, allied health professionals, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care.
- Participate in ongoing medical education and continuous professional development activities.
- Adhere strictly to medical ethics, professional standards, and clinic policies and procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a recognized Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
- Hold a valid Annual Practising Certificate (APC) with the Malaysian Medical Council (MMC).
- Minimum of 1-3 years of post-housemanship clinical experience, preferably in a primary care or general practice setting.
- Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a patient-centric approach to care.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Possess a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to continuous learning.
