- Oversee on-site construction activities for road and bridge infrastructure projects
- Implement and enforce quality control measures and safety protocols
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and project stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
- Review engineering drawings, specifications, and method statements
- Prepare regular progress reports and maintain project documentation
- Resolve technical issues and recommend engineering solutions
- Ensure compliance with BEM regulations and industry standards
Kualifikasi
- BEM-registered Professional Civil Engineer with valid practicing certificate
- 5-25 years of hands-on experience in road and bridge supervision
- Proven track record in managing large-scale civil engineering projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and materials
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is advantageous
- Proficiency in engineering software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, etc.)
- Ability to work independently in remote project sites
