Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily construction activities to ensure alignment with project specifications and quality standards
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to resolve technical issues on-site
- Monitor project progress and prepare detailed reports for management review
- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with local regulations
- Manage construction documentation including permits, drawings, and change orders
- Conduct site inspections and verify materials meet project requirements
- Facilitate communication between field teams and project management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in resident engineering or site supervision roles
- Proficiency in reading construction drawings and technical specifications
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and materials
- Certification in project management or construction safety preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Effective communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Willingness to work on-site in remote locations
