Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily construction activities to ensure alignment with design specifications and project plans
- Implement and enforce strict quality control measures and safety compliance protocols
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and clients to resolve on-site issues promptly
- Monitor project progress against milestones and report variances to management
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits for regulatory compliance
- Manage material inventory and logistics to prevent delays and cost overruns
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of site activities, incidents, and resolutions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in on-site construction supervision
- Valid PRC Professional Engineer license (or equivalent international certification)
- Deep knowledge of local building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations
- Proven ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and contract documents
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills in multicultural environments
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project)
- Certification in construction safety management (e.g., OSHA, HAZMAT)
