Tanggung Jawab
- Provide full-time on-site supervision of road and bridge construction activities
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to maintain schedules
- Administer contracts, manage change orders, and resolve contractual disputes
- Ensure compliance with engineering specifications, safety protocols, and environmental regulations
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and government agencies
- Prepare detailed progress reports and technical documentation
- Conduct quality inspections and approve construction methods/materials
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 15–20 years of experience in road and bridge supervision
- Professional registration with Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM)
- Expertise in FIDIC contract administration and project controls
- Strong knowledge of local construction codes and safety standards
- Proven track record in managing large-scale infrastructure projects
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
