Opbrio Engineering Pte Ltd is seeking a highly experienced Resident Engineer (C&S) to join our team in Jurong East, Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and supervising deep basement construction projects, ensuring that all works are carried out in accordance with the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. Your expertise in top-down construction methods, bored pile systems, and precast concrete will be crucial in driving the successful delivery of complex infrastructure projects.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing deep basement excavations, including the implementation of top-down construction techniques that allow for simultaneous superstructure and basement works. You will be expected to coordinate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution, while adhering to Singapore's stringent construction regulations and environmental standards.
As a Resident Engineer, you will serve as the on-site representative for the client, ensuring compliance with the approved design, specifications, and codes of practice. You will conduct regular inspections, resolve technical issues, and provide expert advice on construction methods and materials. Additionally, you will prepare and review technical reports, shop drawings, and method statements to ensure adherence to project requirements.

Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise deep basement construction activities, including top-down construction, bored pile installation, and precast concrete works.
- Ensure compliance with design specifications, Singapore construction codes, and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to maintain quality control.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and project stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
- Prepare and review technical reports, method statements, and as-built documentation.
- Provide expert guidance on construction methods and materials selection.
- Manage and mentor junior engineers and site staff.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Professional Engineering (PE) registration in Singapore is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in deep basement construction and top-down methods.
- Proficient in engineering software such as AutoCAD, ETABS, or SAFE.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore Building Control Act and regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and leadership abilities.
