Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily construction activities and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Review and approve engineering drawings, designs, and technical documents
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks
- Prepare and submit regular progress reports to management
- Manage project documentation, including as-built drawings and project records
- Ensure adherence to budget constraints and project timelines
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Resident Engineer or similar role
- Professional Engineer (P.Eng) license or equivalent certification
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards
- Experience with infrastructure projects in Malaysia is highly desirable
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools
