Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of control systems in engineering projects
- Ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project teams to resolve technical issues
- Review and approve design documents, drawings, and technical specifications
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or deviations from plans
- Prepare technical reports, documentation, and progress updates for stakeholders
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and technicians
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in control systems engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) or equivalent certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of control systems, automation, and instrumentation
- Experience with PLC programming, SCADA systems, and industrial networks
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards and codes
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
