Join Turner & Townsend as a Resident Engineer (Electrical) for a critical data center project in Kuala Lumpur. You will serve as the primary on-site technical authority, ensuring all electrical systems meet rigorous engineering standards and project specifications. Your expertise will be vital in reviewing design drawings, shop drawings, and material submissions to guarantee compliance with local regulations and industry best practices. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead on-site electrical engineering representation for data center projects
- Review and approve design drawings, shop drawings, and material submissions
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and safety standards
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors to resolve technical issues
- Monitor electrical installation quality and system performance
- Prepare technical reports and documentation for project milestones
- Interface with clients and stakeholders regarding engineering progress
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Professional registration with Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in data center electrical systems
- Strong knowledge of local codes, standards, and regulations
- Proficiency in engineering software (AutoCAD, ETAP, etc.)
- Experience with critical power systems (UPS, generators, PDUs)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced construction environments
