Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate the installation of mechanical and electrical systems in accordance with project specifications
- Monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
- Inspect and test M&E systems to ensure proper functionality and performance
- Prepare and submit regular progress reports to project management
- Resolve technical issues and provide solutions during the construction phase
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders
- Ensure all work is completed within the specified timeframe and budget
- Maintain accurate documentation of all M&E systems and installations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in M&E engineering, preferably in construction projects
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems in buildings
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Malaysia
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid professional engineer license is preferred
