Join Pertama Makmur as a Resident Engineer (Mechanical) and play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of major construction projects. This hands-on position requires you to oversee mechanical systems integration, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and maintain strict quality control standards throughout the project lifecycle. You'll be responsible for translating engineering designs into actionable construction plans while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project timelines. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on large-scale civil infrastructure projects in Selangor, contributing to Malaysia's development while advancing your technical expertise in mechanical engineering.
Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise all mechanical construction activities including HVAC, plumbing, and fire suppression systems
- Review technical drawings and specifications to ensure alignment with project requirements
- Monitor contractor performance and enforce quality control measures on-site
- Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions during construction phases
- Prepare progress reports, technical documentation, and compliance records
- Coordinate with civil engineering teams to ensure seamless mechanical-civil interface
- Implement safety protocols and conduct regular site inspections
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical construction supervision
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification preferred
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and project management software
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian construction codes and standards
- Experience with large-scale civil infrastructure projects
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work in challenging on-site environments
