Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise mall equipment operations including MEPFS systems (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Safety)
- Plan and execute preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime
- Coordinate repair activities for HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing networks, and fire safety equipment
- Monitor energy consumption and recommend efficiency improvements
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and local building regulations
- Manage vendor relationships for equipment servicing and major repairs
- Prepare maintenance reports and operational documentation
- Lead emergency response for technical failures during mall operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering
- Minimum 3 years experience in building maintenance or facility management
- Certification in MEPFS systems or building operations preferred
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, and fire safety protocols
- Experience with preventive maintenance scheduling and execution
- Ability to read technical schematics and engineering drawings
- Excellent problem-solving skills under pressure
- Valid PRC license as Professional Engineer (optional but advantageous)
