Tanggung Jawab
- Support daily production operations at our Malaysia factory
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Participate in comprehensive training programs in Jiashan, China
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes
- Implement engineering standards and best practices
- Document and report on production activities and improvements
- Communicate effectively with team members in both Chinese and English
- Continuously learn and develop technical skills and knowledge
Kualifikasi
- Recent graduate in Engineering or related field (Fresh graduates welcome)
- Proficiency in both Chinese and English languages (written and spoken)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
- Basic knowledge of engineering principles and practices
- Willingness to travel to Jiashan, China for training
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
