Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough clinical examinations and consultations for patients of all ages.
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions according to evidence-based practices.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient medical records in compliance with clinic standards.
- Coordinate with specialists, nurses, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care pathways.
- Provide patient education regarding health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment compliance.
- Perform minor surgical procedures and emergency first-aid stabilization when necessary.
- Participate in clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a recognized Medical Degree (MBBS, MD, or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
- Must be fully registered with the Malaysian Medical Council (MMC) with a valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of post-housemanship clinical experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a patient-first attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure, fast-paced clinical environment.
- Proven ability to manage diverse patient demographics with empathy and professionalism.
- Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential.
