Our client, a prominent enterprise organization in Singapore, is embarking on a critical infrastructure optimization project and requires a dedicated Resident Network Engineer to support their network operations. This is a fantastic 12-month engagement for an experienced professional who thrives in a client-facing, hands-on environment.
In this role, you will be the go-to expert for all technologies related to F5 (BIG-IP LTM, GTM, ASM), Sangfor (IAG, NGFW), and Infoblox (DNS, DHCP, IPAM). You will provide tier-2/3 support, perform proactive maintenance, manage upgrades, and assist with the integration of new services. Your expertise will directly contribute to the stability and security of the enterprise network.
You will work collaboratively with the client's IT team and various technology partners to troubleshoot complex issues, implement changes following strict ITIL guidelines, and provide regular reporting on network performance and capacity. This role offers excellent exposure to a diverse, large-scale network environment and the chance to work with some of the industry's leading technologies.

Tanggung Jawab
- Provide on-site engineering support for F5 appliances (LTM, GTM, ASM), including configuration, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
- Administer and support Sangfor Internet Access Gateway (IAG) and Next-Generation Firewall (NGFW) solutions.
- Manage and maintain the Infoblox platform (DNS, DHCP, IPAM) to ensure accurate and reliable network services.
- Monitor network security events and respond to incidents, implementing changes to mitigate risks.
- Perform regular system health checks, firmware upgrades, and patch management for assigned network devices.
- Assist with network capacity planning, reporting, and documentation.
- Collaborate with client teams and vendors to resolve complex network issues and support project rollouts.
- Maintain strict adherence to ITIL frameworks and change management procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in network engineering, with specific expertise in F5, Sangfor, and Infoblox technologies.
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, VPNs).
- Professional certifications such as F5 Certified BIG-IP Administrator, Infoblox Certified Administrator (ICA), or Sangfor certifications are highly advantageous.
- Proven experience in a similar 'resident engineer' or client-facing support role.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
- Singaporean/PR preferred, or candidates holding relevant work passes.
