CHL Construction Pte Ltd is currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Resident Technical Officer (RTO) to join our dynamic project team in the North Region. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical delivery and quality assurance of civil, structural (C&S), and mechanical & electrical (M&E) works on-site. As our RTO, you will act as the primary liaison between our construction team, consultants, and relevant authorities. You will be instrumental in ensuring that all installation works are executed in accordance with approved drawings and project specifications. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and supervise on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and building codes.
- Conduct regular inspections of C&S and M&E works to ensure quality control and adherence to project timelines.
- Coordinate closely with contractors, consultants, and clients to resolve technical site issues promptly.
- Maintain comprehensive site records, including daily reports, inspection logs, and progress updates.
- Ensure all site activities strictly follow Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and procedures.
- Review method statements and shop drawings to verify technical accuracy before implementation.
- Witness and verify material testing and on-site demonstrations to ensure conformity with standards.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Must be an IES/ACES accredited Resident Technical Officer (RTO).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in construction projects (C&S and/or M&E).
- Strong knowledge of Singapore building codes, BCA requirements, and relevant authority regulations.
- Proficient in interpreting technical drawings and engineering specifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse project stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and effectively under pressure in a fast-paced construction environment.
