Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and maintain mechanical and electrical systems in buildings to ensure optimal performance
- Conduct regular inspections and implement preventive maintenance schedules
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently with minimal disruption
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for system upgrades and repairs
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Prepare detailed technical reports and documentation for system performance
- Manage small-scale M&E projects and coordinate implementation
- Provide technical guidance to building management and staff
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant M&E maintenance experience in buildings
- Professional certifications (e.g., PE, HVAC) would be advantageous
- Strong knowledge of building systems, regulations, and best practices
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Proficient in technical documentation and reporting systems
- Valid Work Permit or Singapore citizenship/PR required
