Join Stilt Studios' vibrant hospitality team as a Resort Bell Driver and become the first point of contact for guests at our premier Bali destination. We're seeking a skilled Bell Driver with buggy expertise to ensure seamless guest experiences through efficient luggage transportation and resort navigation. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work in Bali's dynamic tourism industry while delivering exceptional service that embodies our commitment to excellence. Tanggung Jawab
- Safely operate buggies to transport guest luggage and belongings throughout resort premises
- Provide timely assistance to arriving and departing guests with luggage handling
- Maintain clean, well-maintained buggies and report maintenance issues promptly
- Offer friendly orientation and directional guidance to resort facilities
- Coordinate with front desk and concierge teams for efficient guest transfers
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and resort operational standards
- Assist with special event logistics and VIP guest transportation needs
Kualifikasi
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Proven experience operating buggies or similar utility vehicles
- Exceptional customer service orientation and communication skills
- Ability to lift and carry luggage up to 20kg repeatedly
- Strong knowledge of Badung/Bali geography and resort layout
- Ability to work efficiently in tropical climate conditions
- Basic English proficiency for international guest interactions
- Previous hospitality or tourism industry experience preferred
