Tanggung Jawab
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on all resort facilities including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house systems
- Conduct regular inspections of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and water treatment systems to ensure optimal performance
- Implement sustainable maintenance practices aligned with the resort's eco-certification standards
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests while prioritizing guest safety and comfort
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs, inventory records, and equipment documentation
- Collaborate with department heads to coordinate maintenance schedules with operational needs
- Assist in energy conservation initiatives and waste reduction programs
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in resort or hospitality maintenance
- Certification in electrical systems, plumbing, or HVAC technology preferred
- Strong knowledge of sustainable building practices and eco-friendly technologies
- Ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical systems independently
- Valid driver's license and ability to operate maintenance equipment
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
