As a Resort Host, you will work closely with the Front Office management team to orchestrate seamless guest experiences, from arrival to departure. Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as the primary liaison for guests, providing personalized service that reflects the Banyan Tree luxury brand.
- Assist the Assistant Front Office Manager and Front Office Manager with daily operational workflows and administrative tasks.
- Manage complex guest requests, including itinerary planning, dining reservations, and local excursion arrangements.
- Ensure smooth check-in and check-out procedures, maintaining the highest standards of efficiency and discretion.
- Monitor and address guest feedback promptly to ensure total satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with housekeeping, concierge, and F&B departments to ensure guest room preferences and special requirements are fulfilled.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of resort facilities, services, and local attractions to provide accurate information to guests.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a high-end hotel, resort, or luxury hospitality environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a distinct advantage.
- Strong emotional intelligence and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays, to meet operational demands.
- Polished professional appearance and a warm, welcoming demeanor.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Property Management Systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
