We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Resort Manager to lead operations for a premier property in Bali. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on hospitality professional with a deep understanding of luxury service standards and operational excellence. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire guest experience, managing diverse departmental teams, and ensuring the property maintains its status as a top-tier destination.
As the Resort Manager, you will lead a multidisciplinary team ranging from frontline guest services to technical engineering and maintenance staff. Your role is to balance operational efficiency with impeccable hospitality, fostering a culture of excellence while maximizing the property's financial performance and guest satisfaction ratings.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily resort operations, ensuring seamless coordination between Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, and Guest Services.
- Manage and mentor a diverse team of staff, including Housekeeping Supervisors, Technicians, and Concierge personnel.
- Implement and maintain rigorous health, safety, and quality standards across all departments.
- Monitor and optimize operational budgets, including staffing costs and maintenance expenditures.
- Act as the primary point of escalation for guest concerns, ensuring prompt and professional resolution.
- Coordinate with maintenance and engineering teams to oversee preventive maintenance schedules and facility upgrades.
- Prepare regular performance reports for property ownership regarding occupancy, guest feedback, and operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in resort or hotel management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of leading diverse teams across Operations, Housekeeping, and Engineering departments.
- In-depth knowledge of Bali's hospitality market and local regulatory environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English and proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is highly preferred.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing departmental P&L.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
