Apsaras Tribe Philippines Inc. is looking for a dedicated Resort Operations Manager to oversee the daily activities and strategic growth of our Siargao resort. As the heartbeat of our property, you will ensure that every guest experience is seamless, memorable, and aligns with our brand promise of tropical luxury.
In this dynamic role, you will manage a diverse team, handle front-of-house and back-of-house operations, and maintain high standards of service. You will be responsible for inventory control, maintenance coordination, and ensuring that our facilities meet international hospitality standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the full operation and strategic needs of the Apsaras Tribe - Siargao resort.
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations to ensure high service standards.
- Ensure the highest level of cleanliness and maintenance across all resort facilities.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely delivery of inventory and services.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Monitor daily operational budgets and control unnecessary expenses.
- Implement and uphold safety protocols and emergency procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel and Restaurant Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in resort operations or hospitality management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and property management systems (PMS).
- Must be willing to be based in General Luna, Siargao del Norte.
- Passion for customer service and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, tropical environment.
