Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct geological mapping, rock sampling, and core logging in active mining sites.
- Supervise field teams and ensure accurate data collection during exploration campaigns.
- Prepare comprehensive geological reports and resource models for management review.
- Analyze geological data to assess mineral potential and reserve estimates.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations on-site.
- Collaborate with engineering and operational teams to optimize resource extraction strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Geology, Mining Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of practical experience in active mining operations.
- Matured professional with a strong background in hands-on geological fieldwork.
- Proficiency in geological software (e.g., Leapfrog, ArcGIS) and data analysis tools.
- Valid Professional Geologist (RPG) license is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
