Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise front-of-house staff during all service periods
- Ensure exceptional customer service through staff training and performance monitoring
- Coordinate table reservations, seating arrangements, and guest flow
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control for operational efficiency
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve service concerns promptly
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain service standards
- Implement health and safety protocols across all operations
- Assist in marketing initiatives and promotional event execution
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years' experience in restaurant management or assistant roles
- Proven leadership skills with staff development experience
- Strong knowledge of F&B operations and service standards
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Basic financial literacy and inventory management skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Proficient in POS systems and reservation platforms
- Relevant hospitality certification preferred
