Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure seamless service.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of service staff to maintain high standards of hospitality.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock procurement, and perform regular audits to minimize wastage.
- Handle guest feedback professionally and ensure prompt resolution of any service-related issues.
- Drive outlet revenue through suggestive selling techniques and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations across the establishment.
- Prepare daily sales reports and cash handling reconciliations with high accuracy.
- Support the scheduling and training of new hires to maintain adequate staffing levels.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a restaurant or food & beverage environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage conflict and inspire team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering top-tier customer service.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment while maintaining composure.
- Working knowledge of POS systems and inventory management software.
- A flexible approach to working hours, including weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Deep understanding of food safety standards and Singaporean NEA guidelines.
- Professional certification in Food & Beverage Management is a significant advantage.
