In this role, you will be the driving force behind store operations, ensuring that every customer experiences the authentic taste and warmth that Mang Inasal is known for.

You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing a diverse team, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and safety. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is obsessed with operational excellence, and has a proven track record of hitting sales targets and optimizing store profitability. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute strategic store business objectives to meet and exceed sales and profitability targets.
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring strict adherence to brand standards, food safety, and sanitation protocols.
  • Manage, train, and mentor store staff to foster a high-performance, customer-centric culture.
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage procurement processes to minimize waste and optimize food costs.
  • Analyze financial reports and performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency.
  • Ensure a seamless customer experience by maintaining high service standards and resolving guest concerns promptly.
  • Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales and inventory reports for management.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of proven experience in restaurant management, preferably in a fast-food or casual dining setting.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a large team in a high-pressure environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of P&L management, inventory control, and operational workflows.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to store maintenance and optimization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building positive relationships with customers and employees.
  • Flexible to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
