Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic store business objectives to meet and exceed sales and profitability targets.
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring strict adherence to brand standards, food safety, and sanitation protocols.
- Manage, train, and mentor store staff to foster a high-performance, customer-centric culture.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage procurement processes to minimize waste and optimize food costs.
- Analyze financial reports and performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency.
- Ensure a seamless customer experience by maintaining high service standards and resolving guest concerns promptly.
- Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales and inventory reports for management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in restaurant management, preferably in a fast-food or casual dining setting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a large team in a high-pressure environment.
- Excellent knowledge of P&L management, inventory control, and operational workflows.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to store maintenance and optimization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building positive relationships with customers and employees.
- Flexible to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
