Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and banquet facilities.
- Supervise and train staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to company standards.
- Oversee inventory management and control food and beverage costs.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute large-scale banquets and events.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues to ensure a premium experience.
- Prepare operational reports and manage staff scheduling.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry.
- Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure during peak hours.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and restaurant management software.
